Today Karen Shares ways that we can all make sure that no matter what time of day or role we are playing we can always bring our best self to the moment.
We all have so many roles in our life and many times we put ourselves and our family last. We come home exhausted, running on empty and we wonder why our family life is so disorganised.

My tip today is for you to learn how to transition as you move from one role to another or even from one task to another.

An easy to implement transitioning tool is called the Live Love: Back to Love Breathing Technique. It’s simple to do and takes only a couple of minutes for you to centre yourself before you take on the next role or task.
Just sit quietly with your eyes closed, take a couple of conscious loving breaths, you know the ones where you breathe deep into your belly, allowing it to rise like a buddha belly. Breathe in for 5 counts hold for 3 counts and then exhale for 8 counts. Repeat these breaths 5 times. This will activate your parasympathetic nervous system which is known as your rest and restore.
Get up and move onto the next role or task
